New Short Fiction Series launches Stephanie Waxman’s “Sex and Death”

Stephanie Waxman’s fiction has appeared in numerous publications including The Missouri Review, The Bitter Oleander, North Dakota Quarterly and the anthology, New Sudden Fiction. Her story, Perfection, was nominated for a Pushcart Prize, and Delicate Touch is included in the 2007 W.W. Norton Anthology, New Sudden Fiction. Waxman is also the author of A Helping Handbook-When A Loved One Is Critically Ill, Growing Up Feeling Good and the internationally published What Is A Girl? What Is A Boy? She has worked extensively in improvisational theater and has conducted workshops throughout the world. Waxman teaches writing in Los Angeles where she lives with her husband, Dennis Hicks.
