INTERNSHIPS
PEN Center USA is now accepting internship applications from qualified candidates. Interns will work closely with the PEN Center USA professional staff to develop upcoming programming and events. Chief intern duties will include providing support for office administration and aiding in event promotion, logistics, and coordination. College credit is available; additional compensation will be determined by experience.

The ideal candidate for this position will be interested and knowledgeable about contemporary literary arts and will be very organized, detail-oriented, intuitive, creative, and a self-starter. Also required are individuals with strong interpersonal skills and strong writing and editing skills. Candidates MUST be able to lift 40 pounds or more and have reliable transportation on a daily basis.

PEN Center USA is now accepting volunteer applications! Volunteering at PEN Center USA is a great way to get involved with your local literary community. Rewarding opportunities to assist in PEN Center USA programming and events are available year-around. In some cases, training may be required.
